In one of the old versions of Bond, there was a scene:
Somebody is following Bond and instead of hiding Bond goes to a quiet and secluded place and pretends like kissing a woman. The men chasing him looks from behind, and they see a scene like a man kissing woman. They cannot understand that he is Bond.
Does anybody remember which movie was it?

Only part of your scenario that I recognise is Bond looking as if he is kissing a woman, and that is from Diamonds Are Forever.
